Commercial Motor Insurance
Commercial Motor Insurance is designed for vehicles that are primarily used for business purposes. The cover is often similar to a personal motor insurance policy however commercial motor policies can offer you extra cover for things like signage etc
Unlike personal motor policies, normally you will not have to note drivers down as anyone in your business can use the vehicle. The insurer may ask if there are any drivers under a certain age and if the answer is yes you can note them down however if they are not noted it normally just means there is a higher excess for that driver. This will show on your policy schedule or the insurers PDS.
